Brought my Ford in for a recall and staff has been great from booking to finish. My service advisor Steven was very gracious when there was a miscommunication with billing, even when part of the mistake could be argued to be on my end. These guys are here to provide quality service, not rip you off. Evan and Team in the parts department were very helpful when I called them trying to trouble shoot my own repair as well. They have made it pretty clear from their actions that their business comes from repeat and happy customers, not from squeezing what they can from you. When you need a dealership, these guys are top notch and I will use them any time I can.

I have purchased many ford vehicles. Mostly from Cam Clark Ford, but i get most of my service through the Wood Auto group. Today I purchased a high performance car and felt compelled to write a review. From the moment I started interacting with my sales rep Zach, throughout the waiting process of the vehicle being built, and to finally signing the official paperwork, Advantage Ford kept their word and were a pleasure to deal with. Most dealers out there were charging Dealer markups on limited inventory vehicles, but not these guys. They were completely straight with me which I appreciate. I feel that this type of interaction should not go without accolades. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and will continue to do so in the future.

I purchased 2019 Raptor from Advantage Ford and I feel very satisfied. The salesperson, Dan, was excellent. He explained the process and he was stay with me every step of the way. When I offered to purchase my car remotely, he kindly helped me to deliver it to the place I had specified. I don’t know if you can ever say that buying a new car is ever pleasant but Dan did an excellent job and I appreciated his diligence and expertise.

Purchased new winter tires and rims for my 2021 Mustang that I daily and had them installed. I also had my first scheduled maintenance appointment. Both the Parts and Service departments were incredibly friendly and helpful. My scheduled appointment was smooth and quick. Overall a very professional experience.
