To Whom It May Concern,

Far too often in today’s world of business, the intense focus of making a profit gets in the way of many things, including building and sustaining business to professional relationships. In an industry where the competition is as close as down the street, I’d like to take a moment to express our sincerest thanks and highest regards to all of the staff at Advantage Ford.

We have been doing business with them for over 10 years and have purchased well over 20 quality automobiles from them. They supported us when we had only 1 truck just as they do now that we have over 10. No matter the issue, big or small, they have always stepped up to the plate to continue to provide us with service of the highest degree.

Advantage Ford has always gone above and beyond in their commitment and such commitment was proven recently as we lost 3 trucks while helping with the High River Floods. One of the trucks was a loaner from them as they were servicing another truck of ours. When I phone Sales Manager Shane Robb to inform him of his truck being under water, the first words out of his mouth after asking if all our guys were safe were: “How many trucks did you lose and we’ll have loaners ready for you as soon as you need them”.
This comment left me rather speechless as I had just told him one of his loaners was completely flooded. Sure enough, when we showed up at the dealership on Monday morning, they had one truck ready and said if we needed more, they would be ready shortly.

As we go through the process of dealing with insurance and replacing the lost trucks, Advantage Ford has supported us with providing any necessary paperwork needed for insurance and helping us track down replacement trucks.

Far too often when I talk to other people about purchasing an automobile, they always complain about having to deal with car dealerships, to the point some compare it to having teeth pulled. I can honestly say that Advantage Ford, led by General Manager Greg Eagleson, is truly in a class by themselves.

I look forward to many more years of doing business with them.

Yours Truly,
Brad Parker
