Seasons Greetings, Wishes and Gratitude
Our team at Advantage Ford would like to extend our staff and wonderful valued customers across Alberta a happy and prosperous 2020. 2019 has been an incredible year for our business and we would love to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible people who were involved in our year.
Our Goal
Our goal at Advantage Ford is to always ensure our clients are satisfied with their vehicle, its maintenance, and their shopping experience. This year, we have invested more in our team to give our clients the best buying experience ever. We saw that investment pay off countless times with happy, satisfied customers who were confident in their Ford purchase.
We would also like to extend some special thanks to our Sales, Service, Parts and Support team here at Advantage; we are lucky to have such dedicated and hardworking staff who make working at Ford such a rewarding experience. Our team works like a well-oiled machine (just like our vehicles) and things run so smoothly because of the important contributions that each staff member brings to the business. Additionally, we would also like to thank the Wood Automotive Group for their constant support and investment in our growth.
Next, we would like to extend a series of thanks to some of our devoted suppliers Digital Post Shawnessy, Speedpro Signs, Official 320, Precision Auto Films, Calgary Customs and too many others to mention. All of these businesses play an integral role in our business, and we are beyond grateful for their continuous commitment and support.
I am sure many readers can relate to the busyness of 2019; while it may have felt like a real-time whirlwind at points along the way, we are enjoying these last few weeks to take the time to pause and reflect on some of the successes and accomplishments of the year.
1. On February 27th, 2019, Advantage Ford received the 2018 Ford Presidents Club Diamond Award; this is an award that is presented annually to dealerships that have demonstrated exceptional accomplishment in Consumer Experience in both Sales and Service. This award represents some of our key goals and commitments to our business, providing all our customers, new and old, with the service and dedication that they deserve. We are undeniably grateful for having such a great customer base that has honestly become a part of the Advantage family over the years.
2. Advantage Ford loves giving back to the community and this past year we were lucky to be the sponsor of a variety of special events including the 11th Annual Dream Centre Charity Classic and as the Calgary Stampeders automotive sponsor. Additionally, we had the opportunity to host our first WheelSwap VR experience in partnership with the Calgary City Police.
3. We won the Van Houtte 100th anniversary contest! Where we were prized an exceptional coffee party worth $5000!
With every January 1st, comes exciting new resolutions as people around the globe commit to making themselves healthier and more productive. These resolutions are intended to create fresh positive energy and bring new goals and like on the year to come. This year, at Advantage Ford, our resolutions are aligned to our has customers. We have been blessed to win some incredible awards over the years which represents our commitment to our customers; every year we are grateful for what we have learned and continue to reinvest this knowledge into further providing the services our clients deserve.
Our resolution for the year 2020 will be to continue to learn from our customers and provide world-class vehicle shopping and buying experience.
